Warmly celebrate the successful holding of the first "Rationalization Suggestions" commendation conference.
On the morning of June 29, the first "Rationalization Suggestions" commendation conference was held in the complete vehicle workshop, attended by relevant leaders and employees from various departments.
In the second half of 2019, the company adjusted its organizational structure and established a Lean Production Department. The "Rationalization Suggestions" were proposed under the concept of lean production. In February of this year, the "Rationalization Suggestions" system was officially implemented, with employees from various departments actively participating and proposing many improvement suggestions related to production, safety, and management. The Lean Production Department, while collecting various employee suggestions, also actively verified the feasibility of the proposals with the relevant departments involved, while continuously improving and refining the system content.
In May, the "Rationalization Suggestions" system was officially approved by various departments and company leaders. By the end of May, a total of 9 people had completed 14 improvement projects. Based on the points system scoring, 12 proposal awards, 1 third prize, and 1 second prize were finally determined.

Among them, the project of "Transforming the copper busbar of the center cabinet" proposed by the Intelligent Manufacturing Department, according to the statistics by the end of May, saved the company over ten thousand yuan in costs after completion. The announcement of this data shocked everyone, as it turned out that a small suggestion or improvement could bring such great benefits to the company.
The Lean Production Department advocates that "every small improvement is worth paying attention to, and improvements are not limited to size." The department head stated that lean is fundamental and practical. Lean is fundamental, and this foundation is to completely eliminate waste. In order to discover, analyze, and eliminate waste, this foundation needs to be thoroughly understood, mastered, and applied; practicality lies in the grounding of thoughts, actions, and nurturing people. Through the short three to four months of improvement activities, we found that our colleagues are very creative in their work, but often due to insufficient resources, many good suggestions are extinguished in the budding stage. Since our colleagues have different dreams in their work, let us become dream makers through improvements, to fulfill everyone's dream, and realize the big dream of us Nankai people through everyone's small dreams.
As a colleague from the Intelligent Manufacturing Department said, they are very grateful for the "Rationalization Suggestions" system, which has provided a platform for colleagues to showcase their talents. Although the cost savings from the awarded projects are not much for the company, it is a great encouragement for themselves, and they will pay more attention to every detail in production, starting with small matters. They also hope that everyone can actively participate in the 'Rationalization Suggestions'.
Colleagues from the Engineering Technology Department also stated that the two awarded projects benefited from the efforts of other colleagues in the department and the active assistance of colleagues from other departments, which is a credit to the cooperation of all colleagues.
After this event, the company colleagues felt proud and honored to be able to truly participate in the company's improvements, and they are full of enthusiasm for future work. By the beginning of this month, the Lean Production Department has received 46 proposals. Although some proposals are still under discussion and some proposals are still being verified, the enthusiasm of colleagues from various departments to actively participate in the "Rationalization Suggestions" remains high. Everyone believes that starting with small matters, every improvement can not only save more costs for the company but also enhance their own work efficiency and capabilities. In the ongoing improvements, the future is promising.
