Continuous Improvement, Never Stop -- Remembering the Second "Rationalization Suggestions" Award Ceremony
Do you remember our first "Rationalization Suggestions" commendation meeting?
"Every small improvement is worth paying attention to, improvements come in all sizes"
"Start with small things"
"Continuous improvement, a promising future"
From the moment the rationalization suggestions were implemented, "improvement" has become a habit in the daily work of Nankai people.
After scoring by the Lean Department and verifying the submitted suggestions, the second "Rationalization Suggestions" commendation meeting awarded 12 prizes to 9 individuals, including colleagues whose proposals won awards consecutively.

Since the launch of the "Rationalization Suggestions", the Lean Department has collected nearly a hundred proposals. Each proposal goes through a busy process, from understanding the details with the proposer, to preliminarily determining feasibility, and then organizing relevant departments for verification, all in hopes that every effort made by our colleagues for the company's improvement will not be easily overlooked.
Not only are various positions in the company actively improving, but the Lean Department itself is also improving.

At this commendation meeting, we made area signs to guide colleagues to enter in an orderly manner. This is also an improvement based on the company's ongoing advocacy of 5S.
Reflecting on the original intention when the rationalization suggestions were launched, the leaders expressed many sentiments. Seeing the enthusiasm of employees participating actively and the determination of the entire company to improve, comparing the changes before and after the improvements, the leaders stated: Through the improvements from rationalization suggestions, the company has achieved better results in safety production, quality improvement, shortening delivery times, enhancing services, and reducing costs.
Rationalization suggestions are not just about hoping everyone serves the company, but also about prompting the leadership to serve the vast number of employees. Only when the company strives for a common goal from top to bottom can everyone realize their own dreams.

Every commendation is a new starting point. We will continue to move forward with rationalization suggestions. Because improvement knows no bounds, we will not stop on the road of improvement.
