The Huabian-type (wind/solar) power generation combined transformer is a complete substation that is pre-manufactured and assembled in the factory, including a step-up transformer, high-voltage switch, low-voltage switch, and auxiliary equipment configured within a common shell and tested through type testing. This structural product integrates the advantages of European and American transformers and is a new type of step-up device specifically designed for the particularities of photovoltaic and wind power. It has strong completeness, is easy to install, has a short construction period, low operating costs, high structural strength, strong corrosion resistance, and is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. It is commonly referred to as "Huabian" in China; suitable for operating environments with relatively harsh natural conditions such as beaches and deserts; with a capacity range of 500~10000kVA and a voltage level of 35KV and below, it is suitable for various land, pond, and offshore photovoltaic and wind power plants.

Product Features:
▪ The isolation knife of the high-voltage switch is placed separately from the arc extinguishing chamber and fuse chamber, solving the problem of needing to power down the entire line for replacing fuses or arc extinguishing chambers in general switches, truly achieving the performance of single unit maintenance without stopping other wind turbines;
▪ The connection from the high-voltage switch to the transformer is made using busbars, solving the operational safety issues brought by using cables for connections;
▪ Drawing on the advantages of American transformers, the transformer heat sink is installed in an open style, achieving complete natural ventilation and heat dissipation performance, saving a large amount of energy loss caused by forced ventilation, and eliminating the defects of unreliable fan performance leading to overheating tripping due to forced ventilation; it also ensures that the live parts are completely sealed within the box transformer, solving the dust prevention issue;
▪ The oil level gauge, gas relay, pressure relief, and other devices of the transformer are all installed in an open style, allowing for intuitive observation of the transformer’s operating status;
▪ The protection function is completely the same as that of European transformers.
