ZFW-126/T3150-40 type gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as GIS) is a complete set of switchgear that combines components such as circuit breakers, isolating switches, grounding switches, current transformers, surge arresters, busbars, incoming and outgoing line bushings, or cable terminals, enclosed within a grounded metal shell, filled with SF₆ (SF₆+N₂) gas at a certain pressure as the insulating medium. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 72.5~126kV.

Product Overview
1. ZFW-126/T3150-40 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as GIS) is a complete set of switchgear that combines components such as circuit breakers, isolating switches, grounding switches, current transformers, surge arresters, busbars, incoming and outgoing line bushings, or cable terminals, enclosed in a grounded metal shell, filled with SF₆ (SF₆+N₂) gas at a certain pressure as the insulating medium, suitable for three-phase AC 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 72.5~126kV.
2. GIS complies with the national standard GB/T7674—2020 "Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear for 72.5kV and above" and meets the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC62271-203:2011 "Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear for 52kV and above". All components are in accordance with their respective national standards.
3. GIS has a three-phase common chamber structure.
4. GIS is tested and verified according to GB/T7674-2020 and IEC62271-203:2011 standards.

Product Features
1. A newly designed compact GIS, with a minimum compartment width of 0.8m, and a standard compartment occupying 2.8m², is at the leading level in the country.
2. The circuit breaker equipped with GIS adopts the "thermal expansion + assisted blowing" self-extinguishing principle, with strong breaking capacity and short arcing time. The total breaking time is three cycles, with a long electrical life, capable of breaking at full capacity 22 times, and has a simple and reliable structure.
3. The circuit breaker is equipped with a CTB-1 spring operating mechanism, which has a simple and compact structure, high reliability, low maintenance workload, and a mechanical life of up to 10,000 times, meeting the requirements of "oil-free".
4. The GIS shell is made of aluminum alloy material, making the product lightweight, reducing on-site construction workload, requiring less foundation load, corrosion-resistant, with low eddy current loss and low shell temperature rise.
5. The level of radio interference is below 500μV, making it suitable for installation near urban and residential areas.
6. Strong environmental adaptability, suitable for harsh environmental conditions (such as severe pollution, water mist, hail areas, etc.), high altitude and earthquake-prone areas, as well as densely populated urban areas with limited land use and mountainous hydropower stations with difficult excavation.
7. Strong flexibility, can be combined into various connection methods such as bridge wiring, line transformer group wiring, double busbars according to user requirements. Especially the double bus double CT layout scheme is unique in the country.
8. Except for the outgoing bushings and some connecting busbars, GIS can achieve whole compartment transportation, greatly reducing on-site installation workload and construction period.
9. According to user requirements, GIS can achieve online detection and intelligent control.
10. GIS can be installed indoors or outdoors, with strong product adaptability.
